About Larry Linton
Larry Linton was born and raised in northern New Jersey. He has worked in the fields of biology education and marine biological research. His interest in wildlife photography goes back to the early 1970s, when he spent a year in East Africa shooting an educational film. Larry currently lives in Venice, Florida, and has traveled to over thirty countries in pursuit of his subjects. This image was shot with a Canon 30D camera body and Canon 100-400mm lens with a 1.4x extender from a tripod.

Beautiful work Larry, you could add it to Dimensions as well as Square Format. Do you use a medium format camera and shoot square format in-camera or do you crop in post processing, and if so, what ratio do you use?
